Finding what you need
Use the main menu to browse donation information, eligibility guidance, collection centres, frequently asked questions, stories, partnerships and contact details.
Search this website
Use the search field in the header to look for common topics such as eligibility, pre-register, Kingston, opening hours, blood types, sickle cell, pregnancy, platelets or blood drive.
Finding a collection centre
The Collection Centres page lists NBTS locations, opening hours, telephone numbers and directions links. If you are unsure about hours or special arrangements, please call the centre or NBTS before visiting.
Pre-registering to donate
The pre-registration button takes you to the NBTS Blood Drive pre-registration service. This may open a separate website used to collect donor appointment or pre-registration details.
Using forms safely
Use the Contact Us form for general questions, donor support, partnership requests and collection centre inquiries. Do not submit sensitive medical information through the form. For urgent or personal medical questions, contact NBTS directly by telephone.

- Links and buttons use descriptive text.
- Collection centres are presented as cards and lists rather than relying only on a map.
