    Every year on 14 June, countries around the world celebrate World Blood Donor Day (WBDD). The National Blood Transfusion Service branded its annual blood drive and wellness fair to mark World Blood Donor Day as ‘Donorfest’ in June 2014.

  • MOH Encourages Vaccination For Travellers to Yellow Fever Areas

    The Ministry of Health is encouraging persons to get vaccinated before travelling to yellow fever affected areas. This follows a recent a rise in yellow fever cases in some parts of Africa and continued risk in some South and Central American countries.
